virus problem driving me nuts. HELP

hello


My rose, kata mutiara, killAV, OrangeBlue........ I am not exactly sure what this virus is called. I have just installed norton 360 but it hasnt changed anything.

I cannot access or open task manager, C:/Windows, hidden files and folders, system restore, search ............

I am using XP HE sp2
If anyone is familiar with or knows about this, pls help.

Hi tone i can speak some German

Can you tun off Norton and any other AV you have running and run this scan > Trendmicro then post back the result please and then if necessary we can take further steps.
