Well, this sounds like you are using the pirated Norton. I want to convey my opinion that's, to install Norton it's easy, to uninstall it's damn hard! All you can do now is reinstall the Norton and uninstall it. Or you can delete it manually and use RegSeeker to search any value in registry that's relating to Symantec and Norton.

Norton is probably the worst anti-gen software on the market. It's just bloatware, through and through.

As for your problem, can you be more specific? Booting into Safe Mode should stop Norton from loading. Then you can head straight to the Add/Remove applet and wipe it clean off your computer.

I recommend you go for a free alternative next time. Check out Avast Antivirus
