When I run AVG now there is a changeテつ! to Shell32.dll on my registry.テつ! Re: Trojan virus altered files - need help

Talk about bringing a Thread back to life lol but i might just have the answer that will help you (if you ant fixed it yet HEHE) Run an Anti-Virus check. if you are doing your anti-virus checks offline on your computer it would not be able to check all of your resorses on your computer. What internet provider are you with?

Re: Trojan virus altered files - need help

It's easy to kill the Trojan Horse. Go to safe mode, then go to system32 (If you are using Windows XP), then find the virus file. Let's say if the virus file name is KANGEN, then you should able to find a file named KANGEN.dll inside of your system32. Just delete it, then it's solved.

Re: Trojan virus altered files - need help

You do know how to go to Safe Mode don't you? Well, firstly go to Safe Mode, then do a full system scan. But before that you have to update your anti-virus data base for sure. The virus name will be shown in the result of your anti virus scan. If it can be deleted just delete it. If can't, remember the name, including the extension format, then try find it in WINDOWS folder and system 32 folder. You should able to find it.
