I do little bits and bobs with computer and come over virus spyware etc but this is different i think
a 2 people i know keep having the same problem unable to get into accounts msn etc anything secure i guess
i have fixed this problem twice and it just seems to come back on a Friday niter ????? i have no idea what it is but it seems to go when i enter this into run :

this works for ab it then its stage one again any1 know a long lasting cure for this and what does it because its not being picked up by virus software or spyware software

You need simple malware removal I think.

Download "Ewido" - http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
It's only a trial but a few scans is all you need with it. You can un-install it once you're done.

Run that and have it remove anything it finds. It usually finds something on infected computers, I have never had it miss anything huge.

Then, get Spybot S&D - http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail...y/1043809773/1
Update that once its installed, and then run a few scans with that and make sure to "Immunize" your system with it. You can keep that forever, and you should scan with it regularly to detect malware.

What kind of anti-virus software do you currently use? If you need one that is free get AVG Free Edition - http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5
Install that and make sure to do a full system scan. It might take a while, but it wil find any viruses/trojans that are on your computer. Make sure to update it regularly.

If you do all this, and still have problems. Please post back for further assistance

HI, Go in to the google website and type in the *.dll file that u think might be curing the problem or just go on the google or msn website and just type in the *.dll file just to check and make sure that its not a bad file or virus.

Please let me know how u go and ask me for any further help or input.
