serial keyboard
I have a Packard Bell pc which will not recognise the keyboard (ps2) it comes up with the message "KB/interface error" I've tried 2 keyboards both of which work ok on my main PC.
I've heard that you can attch a keyboard via the serial port is this true or is this for a musical keyboard? If it is true then all I need is a PS2 to serial connector. This I hope will save me taking out the motherboard and checking the connections on the keyboard PS2 socket. |
