Hey I was wondering what GPU people would by for the purpose of a new PC
Nvidia's 9800 gx2 or
ATI',S Radeon HD 4870 X2

I've heard bad things about the 9800 GPU people are saying that they haven't really improved on it compared to its underdog so ta speak

But the ATI GPU is what alien are using in there pc's its supposed to be the best out to date with a price tag of around 350 its not that more exspensive than the 9800 gx2

Any way what do you think would be best.

personally the hd 4870x2 hands down, its top of the market and has newer technology then the 9800gtx2 and yes the 9800gtx2 can be had for about £190-£250 the hd 4870x2 is in the region of £350 but well woth it in my opinion.

I saw the 4870 advertised by alien computers they then showed its ability and according to them it leaves the GX2 Behind in well practically everything
