Building around the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3, please help........

Hi all,
Im currently running on the AGP system with an old 6600le graphics card. Started playing AoC last week and it became imediatly obvious I need to upgrade
I decided a total over haul is best, rarther than keeping old ard drive etc. (maybe use the current tower case)
What Im after is something that can run this game easyly and as cheap as possible. Im not a complete noob with hardware, but its been a long time since I played about inside the case so to speak, so any help would be great.
Just a few thoughts I had so far......

I figured 4mg RAM would be enough for my needs (AoC, DDO are the only online games I play) so therefore I will need Vista I think.

I decided to build it around the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 MB as it seems to be quite popular, and at £85 its a bargin as far as I can see.

Graphics card Im going for is 8800gt 512, 256bit (seems to be the most solid and reliable for cards in the £100 - £150 range) Im using a 1440x900 19" screen if that makes any difference.

Im a little unsure of what processor to go for tho. I figured with dual core I would be ok with 2.4 - 2.6MHz, trying to stay away from the large price increase you encounter with 3.0MHz and higher processors. The Intel Pentium Dual Core E2220 S775 2.40GHZ 1MB 800MHZ looked good for the price, seems to be around the £55 mark, but does this run ok with the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 MB? and would it be enough to run things like AoC ok?

CD drive doesnt have to be fantasic, as long as it reads well enough i happy, not really needing dvd or a writer.

Hard drive not too important, I guess 120 - 200 is all I require.

Floppy driver...hum do you even need one these days?

Im kinda hoping I can put it all together for £300 - £400 if possible. Im in no way looking for some kind of super uber power machine. Just want good graphics with good fps basicly I guess.

Any help anyone can offer me would be great
