Looking to make second computer - Computer Forum

I am looking to build a computer for the first time with not much experiance..

I just want to have another LCD I can attach to my wall and control via remote assistant from my other computer, so when i go to bed i can lay back and relax and have a film on or whatever..

looking for a system build of around £400 max..

and a cheap good lcd screen?

any ideas of what i should do? thanks

or is there a way to attach another monitor to the pc, but run different things off it, on another account :\?
