Upgrading my PSU and GFX

Hello there, since the DX10 games have started coming out and need a lot more juice to run smoothly I have decided to upgrade my computer.

I currently have a Radeon X800XT PCI-E card with a 350W PSP350-60MDN Power Supply.

I found two items on ebay that I am thinking of buying (below), however I just want clarification on whether they both are compatible and if the PSU fits the minimum spec for my graphics card in the link below.

Graphics card: Find BFG NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX OC HDTV 768MB GDDR3 PCI-E on eBay within Graphics Video Cards, Graphics, Video TV Cards, Desktop PC Components, Computing (end time 13-Nov-07 18:31:01 GMT)

Minimum System Requirements for the 8800 GTX
>1GB of system memory

>Microsoft Windows Vista -or- Windows XP>CD or DVD-ROM drive

>A50MB of available hard disk drive space for basic driver installation

>A 475W PCI Express-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 32A or more *Minimum system power requirement based on a standard PC configured with an IntelĀ® Core™2 Extreme X6800 processor 30A

>A PCI Express-compliant motherboard with one vacant PCI Express x16 slot. A vacant slot below the PCI Express x16 slot. The graphics card physically occupies two slots

>Two 6-pin PCI Express suppTlementary power connectors -or- Four 4-pin Molex supplementary power connectors

Power Supply: Find HIGH END GAMING 700W 14CM FAN VERY SILENT POWER SUPPLY on eBay within ATX Standard Power Supplies, Power Supplies, Desktop PC Components, Computing (end time 06-Dec-07 13:35:37 GMT)

Other Basic System Specs:
I have 2GB of RAM, a 3.4GHz Pentium 4 CPU, 330GB HDD.

Thank you in advance .

So all you have to get is a bigger power supply and your system should be fine.
Those two should work together.
