where can i find oem processors i need a amd athlon 64 x2 4200 or 4400 if anyone can help me find a oem processor (without fan and heatsink) please help :'( :-\ :-[ ???

I'd suggest against buying an OEM processor, they usually have a very short warranty. Boxed CPU's come with a full 3 year warranty.

But www.newegg.com sells them both.
