Re: cpu performance

Presuming you mean CPU %....CPU % usage is how much CPU time is currently being consumed by applications. There is no "good" usage percentage. A PC should idle (when you leave it doing nothing) at 0%. When you put load on it by opening applications or running active programs, it will be anything upto 100%. If the CPU % is consistently higher than 50, even when it should be idle, it indicates that a program is consuming a lot of CPU time, which is a sign of poor software or, in some circumstances, spyware/virus infection. A PC that sits close to 100% during operation is probably too slow to handle the load that's being expected of it. A PC that seems to rarely reach 80% is being under used.

Physical Memory is your RAM, as opposed to virtual memory which is longer term/auxiliary memory that's stored on your hard disk.

I would recommend that you do not worry yourself with things that you don't understand yet. In time, these things will become clear, but if you look at to many things you don't understand, you'll get confused or make presumptions.
