AMD 64 x2 dual core 4400 & Scythe Ninja heatsink

Hi

Quick question if I may...

I have just bought a new AMD 64 x2 dual core 4400 CPU. ÂÂ!I have a Scythe Ninja heatsink.

Can I use the Fanless Scythe Ninja heatsink with an AMD 64 x2 dual core 4400 CPU? Would I need to buy an additional fan to attach to it or would it be ok without one?

Also i bought the cpu retail, would the heatsink and fan that come with the cpu be better than the scythe ninja? ÂÂ!

Please advise.

My Specs are: I have a DFI Lanparty Expert 939 mobo, XFX 7800 GTX Graphics Card,4 MB RAM, Sony DVD RW, Sata2 250GB Drive.

Thanks for your time

Paul
