Which would u go for and why?: AMD (San Diego) Athlon 64bit 4000 or AMD 3800 x 2 (Dual core)

This has already been touched here.

In brief, an Athlon X2 3800+ is a better general processor, for someone who spends a lot of time trying to be productive, where as an Athlon 64 4000+ is a far superior gamer’s processor.
