has anyone ever fitted a ps2 into their pc? i heard if you take the cas eoff the ps2 it folds and fits into 3 5.25 bays. i really want to do this but have no idea how to!!

Ok.. do you want it so its actually part of the PC (IE Use its monitor and PSU) or do you jsut want it to be inside the case, add an ectra power cable and add an extra TV?


Its going to be more trouble than its worth either way..

Yes, fitting a PC into a PS2 case would be cool, but into Xbox would be easier b/c larger case.

There's no point at all putting a PC in an XBox chassis...it IS a PC.

A VIA EPIA NanoITX C3/Eden would easily fit into a PS2.

Easy to do and i have seen things like this done one thing is you would need a good PSU if you wanted it all to run together best way to do it is just do it you would need to mod the case for the ports but apart from that you can do this easy


sorry to disagree with you on this but

its no way utterly pointless as nothing is utterly pointless its an idea and in some ways is a good one but if it dosnt work then it is utterly pointless.

i have even seen them placed in side monitors and monitors ins side cases there is no end to the ways to do stuff and i even do this my self for work and fun ;D

Things I believe to be utterly pointless, that madkad would apparently not

• Hitting yourself over the head with a large rock.
• Buying 19 bottles of orange juice and pouring them down a drain.
• Building a house out of pieces of stale bread, then setting it on fire, and hitting yourself over the head with a large rock.
• Eating 77 rusty nails.
• Eating 78 rusty nails.
• Eating 78 rusty nails, and then hitting yourself over the head with a large rock.
• Spending 14 years trying to train turtles to dance the tango.
• Hitting a turtle over the head with a large rock.
• Feeding a turtle 77 rusty nails.
• Feeding a turtle 78 rusty nails, hitting it over the head with a large rock and then setting it on fire while dancing the tango in a bath of orange juice.

After all...nothing is utterly pointless...right?

Eating 77 rusty nails would not be pointless if:

• You feel suicidal
• You want to eat 78 rusty nails
• You want to eat 79 rusty nails

Fitting anything into something else's case IS pointless, but thats just my oppinion. :P

That depends entirely on how rusty the nails are... Not rusty enough and there is no taste.... Too rusty and you're left choking....
