i have just moved to 4meg line with Virgin from a 2 Meg, how can i accuratley check if i am getting 4meg or not i have done speed test i dont see exactly 4000kbs its always 3100 and has also gone to 2300 i have 2 computers a laptop running of a belkin g+mimo router and the desk top. where will i notice the difference, would it be downloading surfing etc.
Also how do i config my pc's internet set up to run optimum performance
