I currently have a Netgear ADSL Modem Router DG834G V2. The computer it is connected to used to have internet access through a wireless usb device which connected to my modem router. Currently they cannot receive internet access and when i check my computer it says i am only connected at 100mphs (i don't down if mphs is the right measurement) and that theres a problem. It also says there is an IP address conflicting.

I thought it might be the new neighbours installing their internet or something like that but i cannot be sure. Do any of you have any idea what may be wrong? Thanks For Any help.
