Seeking advise on hardware compatibility problem

Hi all,

Around one and the half year back, I have get someone to build a computer with the following hardware:

Motherboard: ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe-AM2
Processor: AMD AM2 A 5200+ Dual Core
Graphic Card: ASUS EN8800GTS 640MP DDR3
RAM: Kingston DDR2-667 1.0GB x2
Harddisk: S/G 500G/16M SATA2 ST3500641AS

Everything is doing fine until recently when the computer always hang. As each part has it indivdual warrenty, I send the computer to a service shop for repair, and according to the technician, each of the above-mentioned parts are working fine (tested with other components/parts). But, however, when all the parts are out together, the computer will get hanged. Thus, they diagnosed that perhaps the frequency changes thus affected the compatility.

Will such case happen? Anyone have any experience on this, and what should be the best course of actions?

Thanks
