- Take the sticks out and test them individually - that will tell you if you have a bad DIMM.
- You might also want to look at your BIOS settings - The latencies might be set lower than the DIMMs are intended to handle, Or the RAM could be operating above its intended frequency. Try resetting the CMOS and see if that helps.
- Do you have any other PCI cards? Are they properly seated? Are both the RAM DIMMs in the correct slots for dual-channel operation?
