Can anyone please give my a rough idea as to what Intel processor this processor equivalent to?

Many thanks
Supposing that this is an Athlon XP processor, it would arguably compare with a 1.8GHz Intel Pentium single core CPU.

When you first start your PC, you should see a black screen that tells you how much RAM is attached to the system and your processor type. For example, an old machine of mine running an Athlon had 1GB of RAM and an Athlon XP 2500+, which compared favourable with 2.5GHz Pentiums.
