If you want some good advice, steer the hell away from ASRock, especially if you plan to couple it with a half decent CPU.

ASRock cheap out wherever possible; in the areas that most people don't realise are really important, such as power design, capacitor quality, chipset & mosfet cooling.

You're basically trading away stability and longevity.
