Thanks Syphus for your detailed reply and now i understand a bit more than previously. It looks like i would be better going for the AsRock Conroe1333-eSATA2 or the Conroe1333 DVI/H R2.0 to which this CPU is more suited.

If you or anyone else has a better choice of motherboard for this CPU i would greatly appreciate it as i don't want to make the same mistake twice. I know i have illustrated the motherboards as AsRock but i have no knowledge of any other supporting motherboards.
