Personally I'm not sure.
Programs such as paint, calculator etc don't take up much room on your hard drive - messing around trying to uninstall each program is a waste of time...
If you don't need a program, Windows doesn't force you to use it! I think its best to keep all XP's programs there for just in case...
But thats just my oppinion
