I have a question!

I got a DVD RW Burner but the only way i can burn discs is by using real player or Windows media!

My moms computer you can drag and drop files in the drive!
whenever i click on the drive with a blank CD R in it it just says inset a disc into drive D

Also What is a DVD Decoder?
I cant play dvd's through Interactual Player because I get an error!


Also I got the latest drivers for my \/

Lite-On DVD/RW LDW - 851S but I cant drag and drop files into it!

This computer is running Windows 2000
