ok, when you say flat black chips... i hope you don't mean the processor itself because it's covered by a huge cooling fan (see attached). BUT!!! i looked at the board good and found the whole model n junkÂÂ! ;D. it's an "Intel Desktop Board" and it has this number right udner the name "D101GGC." wait... i've got it open in front of me and i see that the specific chip you are reffering to is also covered by a cooling device. but i hope what i've already given you helps... i've got my camera phone with me so i can take photos.
