If you can get on to your dektop, try this.

Right Click on an empty space on the desktop, Select Properties, and click the Settings tab.

When on the settings tab, move the slider on the left untill it says 1280*1024.

Then, also on the Settings tab, click advanced, and proceed to the Monitor tab. Change the "Screen Refresh rate" to "60 Hertz"

"ok" all the open dialog boxes untill they close, then restart your computer.

When it starts up it shouldn't receive that error message.
