ok m8, thought id make it easier, firstly logon to the new account you created that works, i've created 2 videos on how to fix your old logon, between video one and video 2 you will need to logoff the new account and logon to the account that didn't work originally, logging on will take a while but it should be ok
, video links are below, when you click the link you will be taken to a site where the video will start almost straight away, best pressing the view size tab under the video and selecting 800 as this is the biggest size and easiest to see
