Any motherboard featuring an Intel chipset in the series of i845, i848, i865 and i875 will support a socket 478 Celeron 2.7 GHz. Additionally, there are numerous VIA and SiS chipsets; basically, anything that's socket 478 and supports 400 MHz FSB will do the trick. If you change motherboard model though, Windows re-installation will be unavoidable.

Motherboards with Intel i915 chipsets and above are typically equipped with incompatible LGA775 sockets.
