Graphic card physically seems fine. When i increase the monitors refresh rate, the white bars disappear but the computer slows down and the game eventually crashes.

If I replace the new hard drive with my old 60 gig one, the games work fine and keeps on working.

Need help!!!

I have a 500w PSU so I cant believe its not powerful enough.
